Tverberg's theorem depicts a combinatorial property of a configuration of points in the Euclidean space, which can be stated in terms of an affine map out of a simplex. There are generalizations of Tverberg’s theorem from a variety of viewpoints, and a topological generalization for a continuous map out of a simplex is particularly celebrated. I will talk about a further generalization for a continuous map out of a cell complex.
