概要

Abstract: It is known that the density profile of the Glauber-Kawasaki dynamics converges to a solution to the reaction-diffusion equation. On the other hand, taking a singular limit for the reaction-diffusion equation with bistable potential, it is also known that the limiting interface evolves according to the motion by mean curvature if an interface is created at the initial time. In this talk, combining these two limits, we directly derive the motion by mean curvature from the Glauber-Kawasaki dynamics. This talk is based on joint work with Tadahisa Funaki (Waseda University).
