We prove that a heterodimensional cycle can be born at the bifurcations of a pair of homoclinic loops to a saddle-focus of a volume-hyperbolic system with symmetry. We also show that such cycle can belong to a chain-transitive attractor of such system, where this attractor is wild in the sense that it contains an invariant hyperbolic set with persistent homoclinic tangency.
