With some simple models and generalizations we will discuss the phenomenon that quantum dynamics emerges from correlation functions in classical hyperbolic dynamical systems. The models are contact extension of the cat map and more generally contact extension of Anosov maps, geodesic flow on hyperbolic surfaces and more generally contact Anosov flows.
