A gauge group of a principal bundle is the topological group of automorphisms of the principal bundle, and its classifying space is homotopy equivalent to the moduli space of connections on the bundle. We will calculate the mod $p$ homology of the classifying space of a gauge group of a principal $\mathrm{SU}(2)$-bundle over $S^4$ and will discuss a generalization of the result.
