Abstract
I will describe normal forms of a pencil of quadratic forms on an
odd-dimensional linear space over an algebraically closed field of
characteristic 2 satisfying the condition that the base locus of the
corresponding pencil of quadric hypersurfaces in the associated
projective space is nonsingular.
