In this talk I will describe mirror theorem on toric stacks
and its application to crepant transformation conjecture for quantum
cohomology. Generalizing a result of Borisov-Horja, we observe
that analytic continuation of flat sections of equivariant quantum
connection comes from a Fourier-Mukai transformation between
equivariant derived categories. This is a joint work with T.Coates,
