We plan to run the poster session using the online system "LINC Biz". By logging in to LINC Biz, presenters can upload pdf files of posters or slides, and also mp4 files of their presentation. General participants (including presenters) can discuss with presenters and other participants by leaving messages on the poster channel of each presenter. Presenters can also hold discussions via online meetings on LINC Biz.

There are some Japanese words in the English versions of the instructions. But they will be switched to English by the choice of your account language.


Technical remarks for presenters:
To make mp4 files, we suggest that presenters record their presentation using Zoom. We request that each presenter uploads only one mp4 file of less than 10 minutes, and remark that there is a limitation of up to 100MB that applies to each of the uploaded files.
When the local organizers tested the system, it seemed that a talk slides-like format is better than a huge single-page file, because in the latter format, the reader has to zoom in on the part he/she wants to see.
