Access Information

The workshop is held entirely online. All the talks are given in Zoom Meetings. We will record some talks, including the plenary talk, and make the video available for the participants. As the portal to them, we use the learning support system called "PandA". The following describes how to do with PandA.

For your first visit

Once you make a registration, in a few days, you will receive such an email as:

Click the link "Accept this invitation", which gives you such a form as:

Fill in the same name as your registration, and create a safe password, and click "Activate your account and log in" on the red line.

For your revisit

Here is such a form as:

Fill in the email address as "User ID", and the password, and click "LOGIN".

In PandA

Logging in PandA, first you are in "My Workspace" which looks like:

To go the web site of the workshop, click the three by three square on the top right, and click "7th KTGU Workshop".

The main tools are contained in the left sidebar as:

In particular, "Zoom Meetings" shows the list of upcoming meetings, which you can join by clicking "Join", and "Recorded Talks" shows available streaming videos of some past talks.
